Finally got to demo the Allied Able at the Gentlemen’s Gravel Grind...it totally blew my mind...it’s all true. Spicy, Sexy, Planted, Predictable, Super Stable Descender (I pushed it hard on some very fast flats and descents on the grav). Frame is STOUT, yet felt compliant and very comfortable. Just WOW’ed the crap out of me. Better than an Hakka MX or OPEN...all day long. This is a must have bike in your stable, don’t hesitate for a second! Thank You Allied, Mark McKenney
From my personal experience I would proceed with extreme caution with this company. The branding is great and the mission is fantastic but cross your t’s and dot your i’s. Careful with the allure of sexy marketing. It is unfortunate but I went through two sales persons since both were fired or laid off. I’d been reading the Allied story and fondling their bikes at the BDB expo for the past two years. About a month ago, I learned Allied has opened an office in my town, Bentonville. Will Stoffel invites me to drop by and test ride a bike. I did. Then I ordered my own Allroad. Will was very helpful during the entire process. I love this bike!
