RecommendedFriendly staff who reached out to help me get my bike back up and running the same day! After breaking my chain on my birthday, they offered me a free replacement and while i was getting that work done, we found out my cassette was broken and even though i bought the bike somewhere else, they still replaced it and warranted out the old one for free! Definitely going to recommend this shop and stop by once and a while to pick up tools here and there!
Love my new bike and accessories. My doggie loves it too. Customer service was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be referring friends and family!!
Customer service sucked. I walked around and no one asked if they could help me. The employee only said something to me when I did something to the bike. I’m not spending my money and you act as if I’m invisible. #mymoneymatters
Honest, trustworthy, fast, and efficient!
I have been buying bicycles at Allied since at least 1988. They have always been personable, reliable, and courteous. In these crazy times, we wanted to purchase a bicycle. Paul, as always, was at the top of his game and took care of us, masks, hand sanitizer, and all. We left with a great bicycle and 100% satisfaction. I recommend this store to anybody who is looking for quality.
Just bought a bike today at Allied! What a fun experience. Social distancing practiced and masks worn by all. 😷Paul helped me pick out a bike that is just what I need. A new one was assembled while I waited. Waiting might have been the best part. The owner and staff were hilarious and made my day!! A great local business!!
We got a GIANT mountain bike at a great price! Amazing customer service. The guys were helpful and so funny! We are soooo happy with our purchase and had a great experience in the store! 😃
