Would give more stars is possible. Could not rate the service higher for what Peter and Vai provided today. Took extreme care not to damage walls, flooring or carpets while moving furniture into our new home. Were extremely personable and great to communicate with, making sure everything was perfect. Ensured to leave all rooms immaculate. Made the moving process enjoyable and went above and beyond to help with anything they could assist with. For a company that is supposed to be about health, they clearly don’t care about anyone’s life on the road. I see their car to often with a young female driver with their head down at their phone whilst driving and almost crashing in to the back of people. Happy to add proof of photos to this review if they deny it. Already reported to the police too.

Unfortunately as someone who works in the aged care industry and provides a lot of work for Allied Connect I find that Allied Connect will never take responsibility for issues, will not confirm at times appointments and when the client is not aware and misses it they will charge the client, no communication internally regarding client schedules and intervals of services.
