I had a problem with my iPad and was terried that I would need to factory reset it, losing all my photos, documents, etc. I tried everything I could that Apple suggested and nothing worked. They got it in same day and fixed it quickly! Amazing service!!

I went to Allied for the first time last month when my Macbook crashed. They were super helpful, friendly, and took time to explain everything. Calvin explained all of my options and even helped me look up parts. I was in and out of their store several times and they only charged me 1 hour labor for the original diagnosis and 1 hour labor to fix. I felt he was extremely fair and conscientious with his rates. Nice people. Highly recommend!
I've purchased all of my computers from Allied Computing. I absolutely love their expertise, their customer service, and their integrity. Doesn't matter how small my question is, Calvin and the crew will always spend the time with me to answer it. I'm not just a number when I walk through the door. Small town atmosphere and large town knowledge, can't beat that.
Awesome customer service. These guys always treat me well and take time to explain my computer problems in ways I can understand. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years and have never had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone with a Macintosh computer.
Poor customer service. Very rude and accusatory toward simple everyday tasks with customers. I would not recommend based on that alone.
