The office employees are great...but the owner...Mike Suppo treats people like theyare beneath him.... treats installers like they are just little pawns in his " inherited game"

Lowes sent this company and they did a terrible job, every seam is visible, not stretch, holes in corner's, staples in stair threads some many issues. Lowes is not being very responsible. Bad customers service WARNING WARNIG WARNING.
