Had a closing at 2pm on Friday. Closing was over at 3:08. Wire transfer cut off is 3:30. I get a call at 3:40 for the address of the bank account the wire was to be sent to. That info was in my file already, or at least could’ve been asked for beforehand. Buyers have access to the house after closing. We won’t have the proceeds until Monday. Something is not right.
