I took my car in for a simple motor repair. The mechanic punctured my car's air conditioning unit, or a hose. When I went to the owner Scott, he vehemently denied it. He filled my car with A/C freon, but because of the puncture, it all leaked out within a day. Scott NEVER once accepted accountability. He said it never happened.
