This is the Worst Company Ever...Allied Appliance is SCAM. I don't even understand how American Home Shield works with this Fraud company. They have such a Bad Review. The persona who came to my house his name is MAX is very rude and didn't fix my microwave at all. AHS took $100 from me because they send the Technician to my home but unable to fix it or order any parts.
This place is out of Business.
My brand new Bosch refrigerator was delivered with a large dent in the front door in February 2021. I was put in contact with Allied to get a replacement door but was told it would take some time due to COVID delays. 6 months later, I get a call saying our refrigerator door was received, but it was the wrong door. They had to re-order the door, and 3 months later, I get a call saying they received the door replacement and they were going to schedule a time to install the door. I called Thermador and they gave me the number of Allied because they are a preferred service provider. They actually answered and sent a repair man. He looked at it for 2 minutes and said we need a new part but it’s on back order. It has now been 3 months and I’ve called over 20 times and have left 10 messages and no one ever returns a call or answers the phone. Now the mailbox is full. It wouldn’t surprise my if the reason they are not responding is because they’ve gone out of business. Terrible business.
