The receptionist making Joliet appointments is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. Rude, argumentative & off-putting. I first called the office at 10 am because I was to have a colonoscopy the next morning & the Dr. had changed the prep. I wanted to know if I should follow the directions on the box of the new prep or take it differently from the first prep he prescribed. I would give zero stars if I could. I went to the one on Rt. 30, in Mokena, when my doctor was on vacation. I told the nurse practitioner that I had a sinus infection and it was also bothering my neck. She did this exam and decided I did not have an infection. She also suggested that I had strained my neck, which I had not. Bottom line, I suffered another week until I could see my doc's NP, who said that my lymph nodes and glands were all swollen due to a sinus infection. 8 hours sitting in the waiting room with 60 plus people and I have COVID. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING!!!! They took my blood pressure etc and didn’t clean the cuff, let other people sit by me. I ask a nurse to take my blood sugar. I hadn’t eaten since noon. She ask me if I brought my own tester. Really!!!! This is suppose to be a hospital. I had back surgery in March of 2021 by Dr. M Khan, at Silver Cross. All the staff at Silver Cross Hospital were so kind and professional. I was on the 5th floor and in the inpatient rehab and again everyone was kind, and helpful. Dr. Khan's staff is amazing again very kind and took their time. Dr. Khan is amazing, he is so kind, personable and he is a miracle worker for me. I can not say anything bad about my experience.
Find another doctor... I have done everything short of driving to his office to obtain results from 3 different tests, he refuses to call me back after leaving messages everyday. Very unprofessional, I will need to continue my care elsewhere and have another doctor read my results. RUN from this doctor!!!
I was brought by my family to emergency department 2/26/21 with very great pain in my lower back. The experience was terrible . The nurse was very rude and an professional .After he pocked with me so many times to never find the vine . I asked if I can have another nurse because I was in great pain he refused and was very angry at me he did not try to help me with the pain just left me on my own .
