I would stay away from this company, they are very shady and dishonest with $$. If you decide to use them DO NOT give them a credit card, ask for an itemised breakdown of everything. The $75 charge is a total bait and switch play. The plumbers are for the most part good and professional but the back room staff are literally stealing money from customers I’m amazed they are able to operate the way they do
I live in PA and my elderly parents still live on Long Island so we can't always get there right away when there is a problem. That's where Allied All City comes to the rescue. We were assured that they would be there the next morning to fix a plumbing problem that couldn't be left till we got there. They were there as promised and my parents said they could not have asked for a more polite, neat and professional person as the one they sent.
