Cisco & Juan came out to provide regular maintenance on our HVAC. They were through and engaging. They found a problem that had been causing intermittent issues and repaired it before our system went out fully. I appreciated their time, explanations, and forthright manor. They behaved with integrity and care about their customer.
On recommendation of two neighbors, we called Allied when our 70 year old furnace stopped working. Ricardo was able to patch it up for a few months, but we really needed a new system. Ricardo and the Allied crew, now part of RooterHero, came promptly when scheduled and kept us completely informed about the equipment and our options. We had two 40-year old furnaces and no A/C. We needed to combine two different heating systems and add A/C. Jose from Allied Aire/Rooter Hero came out and thoroughly investigated our house layout and challenges, after which he sent us an estimate.
