We are pleased with the work that technician Marcus did. The inside air smells so nice already. We know the system needed a thorough cleaning and the technician did good, careful work.
We just had another successful visit from Allied Air Services. They usually come twice a year for maintenance but this time they came for a repair (discovered during a maintenance visit). We have used this company for at least 15 years, originally recommended to us by my parents. We have been with Allied now for almost a year. We met Steve (a manager) through a referral and thank goodness we did. He is professional and super quick to respond to any issues we have had. Nathan (technician) is beyond outstanding. Helpful, honest and communicates to my wife and I in away that we can understand about our HVAC system.
