The A/C system was not working well and needed a careful investigation so it was pulled apart for complete repairs. The experts took the item apart, painstakingly. They explained every step, so I knew what they were doing and why.
The heating system was installed perfectly.
The issue was due to a clogged drain line, which the technician cleared in about an hour and also replaced the old filter that had been overlooked during last year's visit. Their attention to this previously missed detail has improved the system's efficiency noticeably.
Careful dismantlement of my A/C system.
I was initially concerned about potential surprises with the cost, but the technician clearly explained what needed repairing and completed the work in just under two hours. This experience was smoother than the last company I used, where I had a less clear understanding of the issues involved.
