I knew of this company and it's great services so i called them to inspect and clean my chimney as it's listed on their website as something they do. I got their voicemail 3 times in 4 days and no one returned my calls. I then filled the contact form on their website and days later still nothing. Finally I called and a lady answered the phone and told me she would call me back with a date, a week later i had not heard back.
