I couldn’t rave enough about this place! Pulled a mini miracle off for my girl! Thank you a million to Joe and the women up front and the entire tailoring/embroidery team! Wonderful service! Great variety of selections! We will be using this place moving forward 👩🍳
Used to be very good but...called to get some info on alterations today. A woman named Rosemary said she didn't know but would transfer me to the another department. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, she came back on the line to say that they were too busy to help me but she didn't think they did that kind of work anyway??? Pretty lousy customer service. Don't think I'll use these folks anymore.
Greatest place in michigan to shop for all your pd needs. They are so polite and helpful, and they get your purchases or tailoring done so fast and do such a great job, sorry but ill never use NYE again,Allie Brothers is everything they aren't. Best customer service period, and they have the best equipment, even sewed on everything Blauer should have from a $140 sweater I ordered from Blauer, I couldn't find a tailor that would touch it, Allie Brothers had it done in no time even though I bought it from Blauers website direc... read more
