You will have no complaints with Allianz, until you file your first claim with them. They will do literally everything they can to avoid reimbursing you any charges. They will ask you all kinds of ridiculous documents which makes no sense to ask, just so you can’t provide them and they can have a reason to say you didn’t provide all the documents. Took our money for concert ticket protection, when we had to cancel they said our reason wasn't good enough and refused to get us our money back. We paid extra to have our tickets protected and this company didn't do anything to help us. Filed a complaint to the BBB and disputed the charged with my bank. This company is a scam and a fraud
