I missed my flight due to the airplane’s mechanical error. I had bought a policy to cover my hotel and the process took me about 10 minutes to do online. I was paid with no further follow ups or documentation required except to include my flight numbers and some other basic info

I never receiving a vehicle or any services, Allianz charged my card. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received any communication or a refund. I have also discovered that the information on my statement is incorrect, including the contact number provided. When I reached out for assistance, I was told I may need to wait 30 days, which is unreasonable considering I never received any insurance coverage or rental services.

I had an issue with my policy purchase. When I first spoke to an agent, they directed me to the website and guided me on which policy to buy. I was specifically told that the policy would allow me to cancel anytime for any reason. However, months later, I was informed that this is not actually a cancel-for-any-reason policy.
