We had a valid, approved claim. Allianz affiliate, Jefferson Insurance, paid most of it via ACH. Two months later, withdrew the $6628 out of our checking account without prior notice, no explanation, and after repeated calls to Allianz... just told they are looking into it, and they have no visibility into what Jefferson is doing!! What??!! Of course, we had to submit more documents validating that event. Complete scam! They do not honor their contracts and engage in bad faith practices. Didn’t cover the amount of my cancelled flight even though I had trip cancellation and trip interruption coverage. They made up some random excuse to not pay the full amount. Buyer beware! Filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, a consumer complaint and a state Department of Insurance complaint. Shame on you Allianz!
fix your Agent Max site please. Begging you. Allianz used to be best in class - now it COSTS ME time and $ to refer business to you. Your AI customer service is less than worthless and the prompts lead you nowhere. Even resetting a password takes forever. Be better.
Monsta X concert is on October 3rd 2026. My grandfather went into the hospital 09/21/2026 for a stroke. My mom and I aren't comfortable leaving town for a good while till he gets better. Tried using the insurance I bought to get a refund. They wanted detailed information that I was able to get once I went to the next screen they wanted a PDF of the diagnoses.
