Several agents are plainly incapable to comprehend the documents in their possession. It takes several phone calls to finally find one representative who is good and knowledgeable. I spend 322 euros for a plain seats, but was not reimbursed for it. I was told to request the airlines to reimburse or give me a letter stating that no refund will be issued. Also got insurance just in case i missed my flight which I did. Don't ever get it waste of money you need to read the whole agreement to understand how to get reimbursed which obviously no one does bs company 0 of out 5 stars
I purchased $900 concert tickets and due to illness could not attend the venue. When purchasing the tickets, I also purchased Ticket Protection Insurance from Allianz Global Assistance. I filed a claim and submitted proof/documents as required. I received a response stating that they are not involved in processing my claim and should submit it to MY insurance company. Global Allianz Assistance is advertised as “trip protection.” They are supposed to pay you if for some reason your trip is cancelled…in my case, a family illness. They ask for so much information that it is almost impossible to get a claim honored and get your money back. I will never use them again and will tell friends to do likewise.
if ur going to a concert and u miss it or juss don’t wanna go anymore don’t get this insurance, they will not give u a refund unless someone is actually dying…..
