Alliant Therapy group is an excellent group therapy practice with extremely competent and skilled therapists. I worked with Carolyn for many years and found her to be gentle yet firm and knowledgeable about a wide range of clinical topics. She's truly a gem. You can tell Alliant is a great place because so many of the therapists have stayed there for years and years. I can strongly recommend Alliant for anyone needing psychotherapy services in the Puget Sound area.
Being honest, the providers are great, but the admin support is lacking customer service skills. You don’t know who you’re emailing with because it’s a joint inbox and they don’t sign their name. Whenever there’s an issue and I have to interact with support I leave dissatisfied. Doesn’t come across as though they have empathy for their clients. Again, no issues with the providers.
As a fellow group practice owner, I’ve gotten to know Alliant Therapy Group and have respect for the work they do. Their team is compassionate, client-centered, and clearly dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical care. I especially appreciate their commitment to affordability and accessibility, as well as their investment in training the next generation of therapists. If you're seeking thoughtful, inclusive, and professional therapy services in Washington—whether in person or online—I highly recommend Alliant.
**Update to previous review: Originally my complaint was the inattentiveness I thought the administration team had but since submitting my review I’ve gotten a call and email back. I’d say they’re pretty on it and are trying to answer my billing questions and such.
Admin and intake were streamlined. Intake was gentle, honest, informative. I've been meeting with my new therapist weekly. She is warm, kind, knowledgeable, and direct. They take my insurance and I anticipate staying with Alliant Therapy Group a long time.
