Excellent to work with.
In attempting to remortgage my house after my husband passed, i found that there was a UCC lien against my house that had been taken out 10 years before i bought it. This company, i.e. the claims department (especially 1 person that handled my case) was awesome. They were helpful, kept me informed of what was going on and paid off the lien. Just want to say, thank you to the claims department for all they do.
I bought a lot a few months ago and found out after closing that the previous owner never paid HOA dues in the 10 years he owned that lot. I filed a claim with Alliant National. The agent assigned to me, Ms. Carmen Bissoondial, conducted the appropriate investigation, talked to all the people involved in the debt collection including the previous owner, and requested her upper administration to pay the entire debt including monthly late fees for no payment.
