My brother was missing 7 pills from his prescriptions that are filled for a dispenser. They did not notify us and at almost a week later still no refills. Had to call and bring to their attention. The girl who answered the phone was not professional at all and gave me the run around. Then when I requested to speak with a manager I was given to a woman named Jess. She simply informed me the meds were being mailed over night and then said is there anything else I need, no apologies no explanation just we are mailing them out. ... read more
