Doesn’t return phone calls
Switched to Alliant after our broker was bought out—huge mistake. Customer service is awful, nearly impossible to reach a human. Tried to increase our coverage and couldn’t even get a call back. Rep changed 3 times with no notice. If you like voicemail boxes and zero contact, this is your firm. Otherwise, avoid.
I am grateful for Alliant's service. They saved our company lots of money by switching to them. I am also incredibly grateful for their dedicated teach and their high level of customer service. Beth has gone above and beyond to fulfill our requests. I recommend them to anyone looking for commercial auto insurance!
I have had my commercial insurance with them (Alliant bought out the original local firm about 4 years ago) for about 21 years. When they did customer service went in the tank. Now their lack of service and communications has caused my policy to not renue. One email at renue time-here is the new premium, any questions? Every year except this I would get a phone to talk about the changes. It would automatically renue. Not this year! Buyer beware!
