Was with this company for over 20 years, before it was alliant. I should of left long ago, they were definitely not there to save me money on insurance. Literally saved a hundred bucks a month with my first call looking elsewhere. Disgusted I stayed so long. Would not recommend.
Doesn’t return phone calls
Switched to Alliant after our broker was bought out—huge mistake. Customer service is awful, nearly impossible to reach a human. Tried to increase our coverage and couldn’t even get a call back. Rep changed 3 times with no notice. If you like voicemail boxes and zero contact, this is your firm. Otherwise, avoid.
I am grateful for Alliant's service. They saved our company lots of money by switching to them. I am also incredibly grateful for their dedicated teach and their high level of customer service. Beth has gone above and beyond to fulfill our requests. I recommend them to anyone looking for commercial auto insurance!
