Alliant shouldn’t even offer “customer service”! It’s almost impossible to speak to a live agent. Two days in a row I’ve been on hold for over an hour each day, and their call-back feature is worthless.

I thought it would be great having independent insurance that's actually affordable, and at first it was. Now that I'm trying to reach someone, no one can return emails, phone calls from being in the cue or from leaving a message. I can't even get the person whose supposed to be my agent to email or call back. Is this company run by computers? Are there any live people that work for this company? Got my plan through Georgia Access, the ACA marketplace, specifically because my psych provider was in-network according to their plan documents. Made sure before my first appointment that my provider was on their network, and verified with my provider's office that she was. Now, conveniently after my appointment, Alliant says she is not in their network and is refusing to cover the claim. This has to be the Worse insurance company i have ever had. Alliant told me they were not covering medical bills because the doctor was not it network but the office she worked at was. I called to confirm with my doctor office and they have never heard of that and double checked just to make sure and they are both in network. I've had to call several times and request a call back to due to ridiculous long waits and have to ask to talk to a manager every time. Im already contemplating talking to a lawyer.
