Unprofessional, unreliable, unsatisfactory service all round
If you are able to not use this company highly recommend it. We are being overcharged for our service pretty consistently: ex - on their record meter reading 2100 for the month but being charged for 2700 units. Previous month showing 700 units , but the agent unable to explain how their record is showing their read is the original "2100" they have on record. Called to get information on a property I am purchasing. The service rep was rude and uneducated about how their billing cycles work. As she was hanging up she mumbled some derogatory comment. Unbelievable! Welcome to friendly Texas….Not.
