This is their idea of maintaining a right of way under their lines 5 yrs of calling and complaining When the trimmers do show up it’s to drop one tree and leave it laying in the way their excuses is it’s too wet well we haven’t had any rain for 2 yrs or do it in the winter when it’s frozen don’t ever let them or ATC run a line on your property basically if it’s not against the road where it can be seen they will do the bare minimum to get buy
The online payment portal for this service almost never works, and then I get flagged when my payments are "late". You can't get mad at customers for payment issues that happen on your end. I've had issues with the online portal probably about six or seven times in the last year, and all of them have been confirmed website errors by customer service representatives.
