Rating was 1 star because I couldn’t push zero stars. I’ve been paying online for years and now they change up and ask for verification, which would be ok if they didn’t use a land line phone number from 29 years ago or an e mail I haven’t used for 20 years! When I try calling the 800 number, I get a sales pitch from life alert. When I finally get through, they say because of high call volume, my issue isn’t important enough and to try back later!!! Terrible service!!!!!
Don't bother trying to visit to talk to someone. No customer service representatives on location.
Absolutely infuriating experience. I was told I needed to make an appointment to let someone into my dead dad's house to shut off the gas. I wait 2 hours. Nobody comes I call and I'm told nobody needs to be there to shut off gas, only to start service. SERIOUSLY?! I'm told they can apply a $20 credit to the account. Insulting offer but what can you do against these big greedy companies? Abhorrent. If there is ever an option to not use them I'll be doing that.
