terrible customer service. hard to talk to anyone
Not keokuk, but customer service in general lady was very rude, very unnecessary (well I could make you pay the service fee too!) on top of there rising prices would not reccomend! AVOID, shut my power off with $400 payment posted days ago said it was shut off over $11.50. Completely uncalled for to be rude
I only give two stars because I always have service. Which I should for as much as I pay every month. My bill last month took a jump by $180, and my usage didn't change. Talk about a monopoly and being able to charge whatever the heck you want.
