Keeping up the one star rating because you know what you did. Avoid alliant if you value reliability and transparency.
They tried taking out a double payment totalling almost 700 dollars. When I called try to cancel the payment they told me that their was nothing they could do on there end. So I had to call my bank which ended up costing me 32 dollars to stop a payment and of course Alliant denies any wrong doing....so I'm out 32 dollars because of their mistake
I was told a couple of steps and how to get something put into my name. I called again and they told me I have to do all of the steps again for some stupid freaking reason. Every single time I've needed their help they've screwed up. The entire business is set up horribly. If you have another option go with somebody else.
