This is the worse price gouging electric company I’ve ever dealt with! We are on budget billing. Went up from $325 and now this month $455. When the normal bill is only $280. When we have the same lights and energy use since we moved in. Not to mention we went through last years energy bills and found out we have been double charged for Regional transmission Services multiple months! How do you think $455 is budget friendly??? Awful company constantly raising rates. Would go with another company if alliant didn't have a monopoly in my area.
Worthless called and stayed on hold never got ahold of anyone got my account set up and gave me no account number no way to pay no way to log in worthless company
If you want to spend every last dime of your hard earned money, use Alliant Energy! Included with your monthly subscription is: Terrible customer service 24hr 1800 numbers that leaves you worse off than before you called. Frequent power outages Monthly bills that are so high that you would think you were operating a factory out of your house. :) :)
