Called Russ for a quote. He was ontime and very efficient. He came prepared and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my door and window frame project. Found the exact color I was looking for. He got the job done in a single day quick in and out. What I noticed is he's very clean. Alliant Builders has done several projects on my house and turned out great. Russ is honest and will redo work if needed. They replace my French door, then came back a week later when they caught that it was the wrong type -- something I hadn't even realized. They also did several small projects such as adding trim to windows, fixing stucco, and replacing dry rot.
I was very fortunate to find Russ to remodel my "very dated" master bathroom. He is prompt, has an excellent skill set and listened to me regarding "My Style". He was super meticulous. I give him a high recommendation. I love my shower!
We hired Russ to do a remodel of the Master Bathroom and it turned out beyond our expectations.
