I do not know where to start. The receptionist has no customer service. To get them to answer the phone is a problem. And the one time they did answer, who ever answered the phone, was rude. If I can give them a zero I would.
I found Dr. Julio Guerra to be great doctor and surgeon. I had questions and concerns and Dr. Guerra sat down and went through my medical records and we had a conversation that helped relieved my concerns and anxiety. I found it refreshing I was heard by a surgeon before going into surgery. The last time that happened was 2016. My recovery was amazing but I also had a surgeon who made me feel like a person and not just a medical record number and hospital staff that was amazing during surgery and my stay.
Dr Guerra is amazing and very attentive to what you say I have begged drs in past to listen to me but he listened right away 100 /10 would recommend
