To my attending nurses at the Ponca City ER from between 4pm and 9pm, please learn a little decorum in your workplace because you obviously didn't become nurses out of the goodness of your hearts. This past Friday I was diagnosed with covid at one of the urgent cares. They gave me a laundry list of over the counter treatments and sent me on my way but going into Saturday from that time, my symptoms felt as if they'd worsened so around 4 or 5pm I went to the ER to address them. I rate this ER a 0 I live here my whole life my daughter rayelynn who was only 1year and a half old had a seizure and the ambulance guys where amazing how ever the er doctors where complete jokes they stuck us in a room that was hotter then out side and she had a fever induced seizure so when asked to at least bring cold wet wash rags for her they took over 30 mins to bring .. just tonight her twin sister Katelynn who is 2 years old now had to go to the ER for her teeth they are getting smaller and with every place closed du... read more
