Made an appointment for a specific vaccine, came to my appointment on time sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes to have the nurse tell me they can't give me the vaccine , when I politely said why didn't y'all tell me before I sat here for half an hour her response was when we get busy we don't know what you're here for . No apology, just really kinda rude . The doctor is sweet and nice but I don't think I'll be back here . She acted like my time wasn't important.
The medical care is fine but they will punish you for having insurance and you come out paying $70 for a visit WITH insurance.
My doctor is Brandi strayhorn and I love her. She so kind and attentive to my wants and feeling. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. The front desk is always kind and courteous when I show up. The billing department is willing to work with you with any billing questions you have. The nurse staff is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while waiting. Great place to be a part of.
The staff is so nice, going to the doctor usually is a task . But there , they make you feel like family!!! And DEE !!! OH MY GOSH IS AWESOME, SHE ALWAYS REMEMBERS MY KIDS, NOT ONLY THAT SHE REMEMBERS WHAT SPORTS MY DAUGHTER PLAYS AND ALWAYS COMMENTS ON MY SONS ❤ for COMPUTERS ! THEY ALL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. I can be a crazy mom freaking out and they always work my kids in and calm my fever " freak outs" !! Thank you ladies for all you do🙂 🖤❤🖤 the Lawrence family!
I really do NOT understand the negative reviews at all about this doctor's office, it's almost like, "Did you even go to the same place?" Just wow. I've been taking my kiddos here for numerous years. When Dr. Tracy Kidwell and Cindy Heath, RPN were still there, and liked it then. But when they brought in Kelly Lucas and Brandi Strayhorn, I think the level of service got even better.
