On 07/30/25 my wife brought me to the ER for chest pain that was radiating over to my upper right side. They checked for heart conditions and did not find anything wrong. The pain subsided and I was treated for indigestion and sent home. The pain came back with a vengeance and I returned to the ER in the early morning hours of 07/31/25. My husband was seen 7/30/25 for chest/abdominal pain. Doctor Walkup, ruled out any heart issues and my husband was treated for indigestion, and released to follow up with PCM. His pain subsided but never went away, he contacted his PCM for follow up. That night the pain increased and we ended up back at the Alliance ER at midnight. The admitting nurse was fine, doctor ordered blood work again, and CT. On Monday evening, 7/28/25 at 7:30 pm, I came to the ER with a laceration needing stitches. The initial wait in the lobby was only about 20 minutes. However once in the exam room, the nurse left for a code emergency. I certainly understood why she left. The door to the exam room was left open and I saw her return to the nurses desk after 30 minutes. She looked directly at me and said “I’ll get to you soon”.
