Waited entirely too long to be seen in ER and sitting in pain for 5 hours. The room was dirty. The nurse and dr were nice but not too concerned about the wait. They were busy but all I was asking for was something for pain until they could see me.
Very dirty and toilet was disgusting and no soap to wash hands
I had fallen and got a concussion. Er dr ordered a brain scan. Waited over 2 hours for results only to find out they didn't do a brain scan, just a facial scan. So,had to have a second one done,that I dont think I should pay for. He prescribed me some meds for pain. Next morning I find out he never called anything in. I called the er and was told to call back that night when he would be working. Everyone was nice but I feel like I got the short end of the stick. Probably won't be back.
