I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE RATING BUT ITS NOT AN OPTION HERE,, THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR. THEY ARE LITERALLY HORRIBLE. I GOT HIRED FOR OVERNIGHT POSITION FROM MIDNIGHT TO 8 AM IN THE MORNING , I COMPLETED ALL MY TRAINING AND DID MY SHADOW SHIFT. AFTER TWO MONTHS OF WAITING FOR MY PERMANENT SHIFTS, THEY SUDDENLY TOLD ME THAT THEIR PROGRAM HAS MOVED TO A NEW DIRECTION AND THEY DO NOT NEED OVERNIGHT STAFF . Wrongful termination all around, failure to comply with government labour laws, unsafe staffing conditions, and chances are you are not going to get paid properly or at all. These all describe AYS. The company is privately owned and management is poor and unprofessional. Accountability is forced on to those not responsible. Management makes cruel remarks about staff to other staff.
