As the HealthCare POA of someone that cannot talk I find it difficult for this place to state "she is refusing in home therapy" when she can barely speak on the phone. The therapist has not shown up or called for the last 2 scheduled therapy sessions. When Sally was getting the in home therapy it was really helping. So this action by the office or therapist is totally unexpected.
