Dr. Eradat was thorough, caring and efficient. The team was amazing.
Waste of time! Had my surgery scheduled and 3 days before got a call from them saying that my insurance won't authorize the procedure. But I called my insurance and got them on a 3 way call and they said no authorization is needed for the procedure. They just asked to provide medical documentation with the claim they submit. I was first told my insurance was not authorizing it then something completely different that it is their policy to get a courtesy authorization prior to the procedure. It’s great they do all the testing the first visit, you can all out knowing what your situation is, and how it will be treated. The doctor is very knowledgeable and great at the procedures. The nurses and staff are competent, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. This is a top notch place to get treatment.
All employees were very nice, respectful and treated me with respect especially my nurse Karina and Daryl. Daryl did his job and further more by asking me many questions to make sure everything went well during my surgery. Nurse Karina put me at ease during all my check ups before going in for surgery she did calm me down and answered all the important questions I had including the fact that I was a Jehovah's Witness and didn't accept blood transfusions. The staff was professional, and friendly. I felt a bit nervous at first, as I do before any surgical procedure, but the Doctor put me at ease, explaining the procedure to me from start to finish. I am very happy with the results thus far. Thank you to everyone at Alliance Vascular!
