This practice is too large you are treated as just a number. I had sn appointment with one doctor, when I checked in they had switched me to another doctor. Between sitting in the waiting room and exam room it took 3 hours before i saw the doctor. Who was brash and in a hurry.when Dr. Kimbrough retired this place went to the dogs .
I have read mixed reviews about Alliance Urology and their staff as well as their doctors. I must admit that I was very hesitant to come. But I’m glad that I did! EVERYONE was very professional and friendly from the moment you stepped out of the elevator. Dr. Winter was excellent! Not only did he explain things to me in detail he also LISTENED to me and answered all of my questions. I had a great experience and will recommend them. Thanks for all you do!
