Awful Experience I went to Alliance Urology this afternoon, in severe pain from Kidney stones. I set an appointment with a doctor, which was called into surgery. They moved my appointment to a PA, giving me no notice. I went to my appointment, recieved little help for my problems, and I was told to come back tomorrow when a doctor could see me. Also I would need to pay the $50 copay again tomorrow when I came back to see the doctor. This was horrible service. I remain in severe pain, and recieved no help for my problems. Nee... read more

good care Always timely return calls and appointment scheduling. Doctors (especially Dr. Ottelin) are good communicators and provide excellent care. Feel very comfortable with their recommendations and level of attentiveness.
