Over the weekend we recognized our AC system was not cooling as it should. Made a call to Theodore at Alliance this morning hoping to get on their service schedule sometime this week. Alliance was able to dispatch same day. Bryan was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Huge shoutout to Theodore ("Teddy") at Alliance Trade Services! When our A/C failed during the 100-degree heat wave, our house climbed to 88 degrees. To make matters worse, it was a federal holiday. Teddy still came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had our A/C back up and running in no time. He was incredibly friendly, professional, reliable, and his pricing was more than fair. AC stopped cooling 10:00 at night. Called Alliance next morning and service tech was here a little over an hour on 4th of July at that, not to mention 100 degrees weather. I would say exceptional customer service. Office has very friendly staff and accommodating . John was very knowledgeable and had fixed in an hour. Will have my future business. We have been using Alliance for our ice-makers, freezers, And HVAC systems for several Years. We have been very impressed with their knowledgeable technicians, reliability, follow up calls and consultations. Have a problem with your AC or heat, freezers and or icemaker call Alliance. We love the fact that they are a small company that is very personable and genuinely interested in doing what’s best for our School and Church.
