Dropped off docs. Reception was personable & professional
Awful experience with Tyler Gilmore, lagging files, this person is incompetent, he does not know that contracts have an specific date and that a Title company needs to accomplish in due time. He does not know how to fix things. He is a very incompetent individual, and you don't want to do business with, ever.
Horrible company to work with. Communication skills are obviously the last priority here. It takes days to get all of the requested information when it could all be provided within a day. Use any other title company but Alliance.
Payton, was great during my process of this home purchase. Highly recommend Alliance Title Company for your escrow needs.
