WOW, I just can't tell you how crazy this is and that I would never go to the time to write a review like this if I wasn't just blasted. We have had several closings in the past with this company and they were most of all pretty good, no complaints. We made them our go-to for a while. Be careful with this title company. They called us 24 hours before closing telling us that we have to bring $1800 to closing when we were quoted before that we would be actually making $1800 at closing. When I ask Tyler, our loan representative, why we were only given 24 hours notice on this and he said “I honestly hadn’t noticed before”. The company really couldn’t care less. . Dropped off docs. Reception was personable & professional
Awful experience with Tyler Gilmore, lagging files, this person is incompetent, he does not know that contracts have an specific date and that a Title company needs to accomplish in due time. He does not know how to fix things. He is a very incompetent individual, and you don't want to do business with, ever.
Horrible company to work with. Communication skills are obviously the last priority here. It takes days to get all of the requested information when it could all be provided within a day. Use any other title company but Alliance.
