I had such a great experience closing with Daniel Onwiler at Alliance Title in Lee’s Summit! We had a few unexpected hurdles come up — including their internet being down — and Daniel handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a calm demeanor. He truly went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make the closing as smooth as possible. You can tell he is incredibly hardworking and genuinely cares about taking care of everyone involved. Highly recommend Daniel and Alliance Title!
Very professional
Worked a recent transaction as a Transaction Coordinator with Daniel Onwiler and his team at Alliance National Title. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the transaction. The closing process was seamless, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Alliance Title to other buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
Would give zero stars if I could... They cannot send a check with a right name or to the right address twice... this company is a joke.
Misspelled name on title more than once. Mailed the check with the wrong name. Then mailed the check to the incorrect address. Every step of the process has been a hassle and something that needed to be corrected. Do not recommend. Zero stars.
