Worked a recent transaction as a Transaction Coordinator with Daniel Onwiler and his team at Alliance National Title. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the transaction. The closing process was seamless, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Alliance Title to other buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
Would give zero stars if I could... They cannot send a check with a right name or to the right address twice... this company is a joke.
Misspelled name on title more than once. Mailed the check with the wrong name. Then mailed the check to the incorrect address. Every step of the process has been a hassle and something that needed to be corrected. Do not recommend. Zero stars.
