Fast professional closing.
I will say, i had a tough transaction on one of my listings. The buyer of my listing (at the last minute) had to get a co-signer, and their lender required extra hoops, causing a delay. Daniel pushed through and was very encouraging to my sellers and even stayed WAY past his business closing time so that the buyers could sign papers, waiting for the lender to provide a very late CD.
