Updated: I was "escorted" after she saw my honest review. She went full on cussing, abuse, and cancelled the "in-progress" test. I was waiting because her prior abuse caused my first shy bladder since 1998 including the Military!! She also tried to push me into a crowd of kids and she said "I don't care" when told. She was also on a power trip and repeated "Nobody can do anything to me!" I scheduled an appointment here, via emai(after I'd called and not received a phone call back) Scheduling was quick and painless. 1 hour before my scheduled appointment i received an email asking me to reschedule for 2 pm that same day, then within another 24 minutes I was asked to reschedule for the following day. I was already at the location by this time. The doors were locked no one was there. They are not even open until 3pm as posted! Owner or staff whoever she is, has NO customer service skills or common sense. Never in my life has it been so difficult to give a sample that I both requested and paid for!! I wish I could rate this business 0 stars. RUDE.
