I scheduled an appointment here, via emai(after I'd called and not received a phone call back) Scheduling was quick and painless. 1 hour before my scheduled appointment i received an email asking me to reschedule for 2 pm that same day, then within another 24 minutes I was asked to reschedule for the following day. The owners are very "by the book" they helped me set up my consortium for my driver's to keep us in compliance. I see others can't read the part on the paperwork that states call to make an appointment not drive in like some people do. I appreciate a company as thorough as this to make sure we aren't putting the wrong people behind the wheel of our semi trucks and you should appreciate it too!

They are not even open until 3pm as posted! Owner or staff whoever she is, has NO customer service skills or common sense. Never in my life has it been so difficult to give a sample that I both requested and paid for!! I wish I could rate this business 0 stars. RUDE. I appreciate your reply, however you did not tell me your last appointment was at 2:30 when I came in person the first time. Wish I could give negative stars. If you need a pre employment drug screen DO NOT use this place. I called and left voice mails for this place, and no one ever answered or returned my call. I'm literally waiting for an answer so I can work and can't get one. If you require a candidate to take a drug screen, don't use this place or you'll never get employees. Waste of time - made an appointment a month ago for TSA precheck, showed up and the place is closed. The hours say they open at 8 am but no one was there at 9 am when we got there. What is the point of having business hours???!!
