Very bad services. I have my files there 3 years ago and nothing is done even today. I got a check with the iRS myself and they confirmed to me that they have never received any documents from Alliance Tax solution beside the documents I myself send them before I hire this company to help me with this. This company have been turning me around with the person assigned to my case and not even returning my phone calls....for example I left her 3 voice message during the pass month and the case handler can not even return my cal... read more
