Joining here is easily one of the best decisions I've ever made! Ross, Ab, and Avon are all outstanding instructors that are personable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their willingness to take the time to walk you through the techniques and finer points of BJJ is second to none. I would recommend Stay Gold to anyone looking to get in shape or learn a new sport.
5 Stars!!! Professor Ross has trained both myself and my Son and we both have learnt so much under him. He knows how to work on both your strengths and weaknesses and works to your level of proficiency in explaining new techniques....Highly recommend training here!!
