I had my household belongings stored here for 3+ years while waiting for an apartment. It is a clean secure place. I didn’t worry about having my things there at all. Through the years, the weather got pretty bad in the winter. My things were OK. Not any water damage. When I retrieved my belongings and opened the boxes, everything was in the same shape as when I first put it in storage. I recommend storing your belongings here. I’m glad I did.
The on-site manager, Brandie, is courteous and extremely helpful. The storage unit area is consistently well-maintained, with excellent communication regarding hour changes and potential weather-related access issues. Again, great communication and clarification are provided when questions arise.

Brandie at Alliance Storage in Springfield is amazing. She is super friendly, helpful and organized. The facility and storage units are maintained beautifully and they are fully secured. I give Brandie and Alliance Storage my highest recommendation.
Easy to work with, easy to get in and out any time we needed, competitive rates, clean facility. Used a large storage unit here for a year, zero complaints, and won’t bother shopping around if we ever need another storage unit.
