I have had several spinal surgeries and procedures over the last 25 years and have experienced all kinds of care - from incredible to horrible! This experience was exceptional! EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE, was kind, helpful, professional, responsive and supportive. From entering the center, I felt welcome. Getting prepped, several nurses kept me calm and comfortable. I was in the Alliance Specialty Surgical Center for surgery on May 7, 2026. The nursing staff was wonderful. They catered to my every need. The surgery had been delayed an hour or so and the nurses did everything to make me comfortable. I only had to ask for something and they were there. They even had time to share some stories about their careers to help me pass the time. Everything seemed to go well upon check in but when brought back to get prepped for procedure I was quite shocked and felt a bit of humiliation when while all my vitals were being done I had a team having me get undressed with them in the room. There was another woman next to me that was given complete privacy to change. I was asked to use the antibacterial wipes to wash my body with them in the room! Complete humiliation at this point. This surgery center is the best surgery center I have ever gone to I've even worked in some the people are fantastic they take care of you everything is done the t's crossed the eyes dotted I really like everybody there I'm so glad I have a place like that to go to cuz it's been frequently lately! Love you guys and Dr bakshi and Dr nagda Amanda Lisa Stephanie Trish I can't remember all their names but they are all 100%!
