Absolutely incredible staff. They treated my husband with kindness and dignity. Not only did they treat us in the most incredible and compassionate way, but they also gave that level of care to every patient and family member in the facility. We couldn’t have been luckier to have such loving people care for us in such a vulnerable time. I would give 100 stars but they only allow five. God bless them
This lady are great make you relax they all always have a smile on their face and make you laugh if their out on the town they say hi and ask how your doing I love them
Dr. Troung and the medical staff our awesome. However, the billing departments is awful. This center has had complaints filed in regards to fraud and refunds. Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY OUT OF POCKET. Make sure insurance pays first or you may never see your money again.
From the moment we walked in with our son to the moment we left, we felt cared for. The nurse Tiffany had called the day before with clear instructions. The check in process was efficient. Once they took him back, each and every nurse was smiling and very kind. I wish I could remember all of their names, but nerves kicked in. They tried to make the pre-op process light and calm as best as they could. He is afraid of needles and they were gentle with the placement.
