Hello I’m coming here for a battery change on my spinal stimulator. As I arrived in the surgery center I automatically felt comfortable and safe. The lady at the front desk was very nice, polite and very understanding with that being said she made everything very easy. I want to thank everyone at the surgery center.
Today was my first injection for extremely crushing pain for disc herniation. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the most wonderful soft spoken kind lady at the front desk. Started with a soft spoken receptionist named trish. 😃 after going to the back every lady in the back was exceptionally awesome. Good with the patients and efficient. I received a Bilateral radiofrequency ablation in my lower back today with sedation. The staff was very professional and the procedure went smoothly. No pain so far after 6+ hours. I would highly recommend the above center.
Best experience in an out patient surgery center from the beginning to end. I can’t say I remember any of the nurses names but they all great. From the receptionist to all the nurses and anesthesiologist. If I need another procedure. Definitely will go there. Thank you all for making me comfortable. You were all amazing and that’s hard to find
The bad news is I have been going there for a few years, due to a very bad back. There is no fix for the physical problems. The good news is the people at Alliance are all the very best at what they do. They work together as a team, to make me comfortable and not apprehensive prior to the doctor's performing the procedures to reduce my daily pain.
