Dr. Schachter has shown to be extremely detailed in dealing with my dad's Parkinson's. He is passionate and is always looking to improve my dad's symptoms. The staff is great to work with. Our experience has been very positive with Alliance Specialty Care. I had some concerns about follow-up via emails or leaving phone messages. I have been trying to schedule a follow-up and for a week was unable to get a response via email or phone messages.
