I worked with Johanna Porras and this experience has been an absolute nightmare. At first she was very kind and convinced me to use the solar panels from this company, and after, she stopped answering my phone calls. Our bills from Eversource are incredibly high, and everything they said about the panels is a bunch of lies. They are scammers and only want your money. The number they have on file is not even working. I would highly recommend looking for another company.

If I WAS ABLE TO GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD !!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE THIS FRAUD !! NO COMPREN PANELES CON ALLIANCE NI CON JOHANNA PORRAS TODO ES UNA FALSA . Bueno no se ni como comensar a principio todo fue color rosa . Agente Johanna Porras al principio para vendernos los paneles fenomenal servicio exelente pero preparense para despues de dos años tengas un problema no te va a resolver. Bueno desde que me comunique con Johanna Porras fue muy clara me explicó como es que funciona el sistema ya han pasado 6 meses de la instalación y en el invierno que nevó es claro los paneles no prudujeron energía el Bill vino como de 60 pero es entendible, también se reclamo el 30% en los taxes y se cumplió no hubo problema con eso, de los 6 meses a la fecha los paneles están haciendo lo que tienen que hacer, también han entrado a la cuenta por la energía que se produce 😉 y seguirán produciendo energía.

So before I got my solar system installed I used to pay $75 - $100 a month for my electric bill, because I was put on an equal payment plan. Now with the solar system I pay around $300 to $350 a month in the winter time and $212 for the system in the summer , so you do the math! They tell you that you will get money from the federal government, and you get money from the state for going solar, that’s absolutely not true.
