I had two agents from Stratus facilitate my in-home EEG. Both were very polite and nice to work with. I would ask in the future that they bring shoe covers or other shoes so it is not to bring outside dirt into the home. They were both willing to remove their shoes and go barefoot, however, I felt that they were equally uncomfortable being in their socks in my house, even though it was clean.
Both technicians were amazing!! Their individual performance was great.
The techs were great! This was for my son so his anxiety didn’t allow for the full test and any interaction was great.
The representative Michael did an excellent job in setting up my son for his EEG. He was polite, professional and courteous. FRED, who performed the disconnect was awesome. He was extremely careful in removing the electrodes, in an attempt to make it as comfortable a process as possible. Fred is an amazing person. Stratus is a great company to work with if you need to have this type of study done.
Jordan was the best very patient and explained every step he was taking and doing
