Raised prices twice ..no trash can..no water..no electrici.ty..grounds poorly taken car le of
I moved out due to ongoing price hikes and followed all proper procedures: I cleared out the unit, took pictures, and emailed the office. They ignored my email and charged me for another month anyway. Corporate support promised the local team would contact me, but I still haven't heard back. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company to resolve this. Unprofessional management and non-existent communication—beware.
