I've never seen customer service like I've received from any other storage unit besides storage sense and noah the grounds keeper /customer service relations representative been the utmost respectful and has a sense of urgency to make sure anyone is always satisfied that's customer service.
Easy online registration. All codes provided for after hours access. Everything as promised.
Storage unit broken into twice within the year once in June 2024 again in September 2024 as well as other units I counted 7 today with broken locks! We were told once again in June new cameras the old ones didn’t work really none of them ??? September 2024 found unit broken into again .. office hours stated they were open however office door was locked and several FedEx notices on the door so we called the office since nobody was answering the door.
