Overall good for the money. Not A+, but a solid A-.
One of my dad’s trailers got stolen the other day and about a year ago another one of his trailers got broken into and vandalized. The office has done nothing to help us with this issue, we are moving storages and not going back. Please be aware
Impossible to talk to a human being and electric been broken (in the open mode) for 2 months now. Groundskeeper employee does a good job. Hope he can communicate with management better than the tenants. Prices on units are noteworthy and that is the only positive about this place.
I've never seen customer service like I've received from any other storage unit besides storage sense and noah the grounds keeper /customer service relations representative been the utmost respectful and has a sense of urgency to make sure anyone is always satisfied that's customer service.
